We have put together the following information which might be useful to you if you have a question about the upcoming Secret Cinema events. If you have any other queries, you can contact us directly HERE. Please note that our office hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. We will respond to all customer enquiries as swiftly as possible, usually within one working day.
Your booking reference will be you displayed on your screen once you've bought your tickets. We also email you confirmation of your booking reference shortly after your order has gone through, however the booking reference itself, along with some ID is all you’ll need to gain entry to the event. If you did not receive this email it is possible that it was diverted by a 'junk mail' or 'spam' filter. Please check your email account settings and, if possible, update your settings to allow emails from tickets@wegottickets.com. There are instructions on how to do this on most popular email providers at www.WeGotTickets.com/whitelist.

WeGotTickets will also email the venue details and event information to ticket holders for each event a few days before the first event is due to take place.
It is important to arrive at the meeting point as close to the specified meeting time as possible, however if you are running late there will be a few representatives available at the meeting points to direct you to the venue.
Food and drink will be available at the venue and you are not allowed to bring any alcohol from the outside. Please note that your bag may be searched by Secret Cinema's staff.
We do not know what time the film itself will start, nor when the event will end, however we have been assured that it will finish in time for all ticket holders to take the necessary public transport home.
We do not have any specific information about the venue itself, however we understand that it does have disabled access. Please contact support@secretcinema.org to find out more about disabled access.
If you find yourself unable to attend the event on the date that you have purchased tickets for, but would like to go on one of the other days, please contact us ASAP. We will endeavour to transfer these tickets for you, subject to availability. We can only transfer tickets up to 4pm on the working day before the event is taking place. Please DO NOT repurchase tickets for another date, as we will not be able to refund you for mistakenly purchased tickets.
We can only transfer tickets between the upcoming run of events, i.e. throughout December 2011 and January 2012 - and cannot hold your tickets for possible future Secret Cinema events.
If you find yourself unable to attend the event, you can use our ticket reallocation system in order to put the tickets into the name of somebody who can attend in your place. You can reallocate tickets by logging in to your customer account. The reallocation functionality closes at midnight the day before an event or midnight Thursday for weekend events. We are only able to refund tickets in the following circumstances:
(a) an Event is cancelled;
(b) an Event is moved to another date and you decide not to retain your Booking for the rescheduled Event; or
(c) details of an Event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act or venue)
