Help! (I need somebody)

It’s our way of allowing you to change the names on your ticket. Reallocation is designed specifically for you if you’ve bought the tickets for someone else or if you’ve bought tickets for a group but won’t all be arriving together.

For most events (except those with Limited or No reallocation) you can reallocate tickets up until midnight on the day before the event (or midnight on Thursday for weekend events).

When an event has ‘Limited Reallocation’ you have two hours after you've bought them in which to reallocate the tickets.

To reallocate your ticket(s) log in to your WeGotTickets account and click on “My Tickets” then “Reallocate”.

In the event of reallocation being disabled the person who originally bought the tickets must attend the event with all other members of their party.

You can check the names against your tickets by logging in to your WeGotTickets account and clicking on “My Tickets” (you can also re-send your confirmation emails from there).

When an event has ‘Limited Reallocation’ you have two hours after you've bought them in which to reallocate the tickets into another persons name.

This means the reallocation facility is not available. In this case the person who originally bought the tickets must attend the event his/herself together with all other members of the party.
